Agreement
1. SUBMISSION.
I submit to the you, subject to the terms and conditions herein,
the material, including title and all other elements thereof,
herein collectively called "Material".
2. ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
OF SUBMITTOR. I agree and understand that:
a).
Because of your position in the entertainment industry you receive
many ideas, formats, stories, premises, suggestions, plots, and
other materials which you do not solicit or otherwise request;
b). you do not accept, consider, or review material unless the
person submitting has signed this Agreement; c). you would not
accept, consider, or review the Material if I did not sign this
Agreement; d). no confidential relationship is established by
submitting the Material to you; e). said material is submitted
for Coverage/Analysis only and shall not be used for any other
purpose without my written permission; f). your use of property
containing elements similar to or identical with protectible literary
property contained in my Material shall not obligate you to me
in any manner if you have obtained such property either heretofore
or hereafter from sources other than mine; g). I shall retain
all rights to submit Material to persons other than you
3. CONSIDERATION.
In consideration of my execution of this agreement and for the
payment attached, you agree within a reasonable time from receipt
of said Material to cause the Material to be reviewed and evaluated
by the SGA Analyst assigned with that responsibility. I understand
size of Coverage/Analysis will vary based upon condition and complexity
of said Material. I understand as part of your Coverage process,
the SGA Analyst will make notes directly on my Material.
4. RETURN
OF MATERIAL. I have retained at least on copy or duplicate of
the Material submitted herewith. You will make a reasonable effort
to return the Material to me; however, you shall not be responsible
to me financially or otherwise, for any inadvertent loss, damage
or destruction to; said Material. I hereby release you of and
from any and all liability for loss of, or damage to, said Material.
I
am sole owner and author of the submitted Material, and I have
the exclusive right and authority to submit the Material to you
upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. I hereby state
that I have read and understand this agreement and that no oral
representation of any kind have been made to me and that this
agreement states our entire understanding.
